Burgundy red colour with light shades. It has an intense nose of wild red fruits with herbal aromas, oak and impressions of red tomato, cherry, framboise and sour cherry. Moderate acidity. Gentle tannins, well-structured with a rare mineral nuance.
Refined on the palate with a sour cherry aftertaste with an amazing exuberance potential over time.
A flavourful wine which exhibits a complexity of red fruits, strawberries and berries.
It can be paired with meat stews, game, red sauces.
Ideal for winter but likely to take us on a trip to the islands as well.
