It has a clear, vivid pink colour with electric highlghts. With a nose of medium intensity, rose, floral scents, wild red fruits, predominant wild strawberry. It takes some time to release its aromas.
On the palate it is warm, with a rich fruity and a light herbal mouthfeel. Intense aftertaste of strawberry highlights. Sharp acidity. It can be paired with salmon tartare or smoked salmon salad and legumes.
