Juliet & Romeo Pinot Noir Rose

It has a bright vivid pink colour.

The aromatic profile shows medium intensity and clarity. Aromas of petal rose and fresh flowers dominat, followed by wild red fruit notes,particularly wild strawberry.

On the palete it’s dry with medium plus alcohol, giving a perceptible warmth. Pronounced by red fruit character, led by wild strawberry, supported by a subtleherbal undertone. High, crisp acidity providesstructure and freshness. It has also a long finishwith persistent strawberry notes.

Food Pairing

Well-suited to salmon tartare, smoked salmon salad with legumes, sushi, some risotto or fresh fruits.

Recommended serving temperature 9-11°C.
